There are thousands upon thousands of tools available for educators, these are a few of my favorites.  I have personally used many of them with students and I know that they work!  The tools below are listed in no particular order, other than this is how I often use the tools in presentations :) If you have a favorite tool that is not listed here, please send me a link and let me know how you and your students are learning with Web 2.0.
